So I took my phone in for repairs (software malfunction) on Saturday, I pick it up today at VODASHOP/VODACARE Menlyn and voila 5 minutes after I switch it on IT CRASHES and HANGS!!
Now I wonder if the software was upgraded for real or we are being taken for a ride by Vodacom technicians who just want to clear their log books!!
My question... seeing that the phone crashed 5 minutes after I picked it up and I was charged a beautiful sum of R250.85 for the software repairs - WHO WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN JOB and incompetency of your technicians once again??
We are being taken for a ride and RIPPED off by our service providers.
I expect an answer from VODACOM on who will foot the bill seeing a proper job was not DONE!!
