I sent my nokia N8 for repairs at the vodacom shop in menlyn because I struggled to log on to the internet and my phone kept switching off randomly. When I collected my phone I realised that they had installed new software for the internet, the problem is after those repairs by vodacom my phone's touch screen was taking forever to respond and my incoming call lights were not working, this made me miss important phone calls. When I took the phone back to vodacom they informed me that it had "water damage" which is just absurd because I only had those problems after they repaired my phone. I already paid for the 1st repairs and the assessment fee now they expect me to pay again for a problem they didn't see the 1st time.
