Telkom Tech - bad attitude and NO identification

At 8:41 am the 23rd December 2013 a Telkom Technician by the name of Winston Mashego called me. Firstly his number was on private and secondly he was asking me what the problem on my phone line was. After telling him about twice the line was not syncing on a two meg line and informing him that my call was recorded he informs me that he is coming to my residence to prove to me that my line is syncing on a 2 meg line as I don't believe the call center agent.
On arriving at my house at the designated time, ten minutes later, I had requested two pieces of information. One for identification which he failed to produce. The question that he had asked me was, I came with a telkom van and I have a logo on my pants and one on my shirt, is this not proof enough? Secondly when he comes into my house what is he going to do? Winston refused to answer me, turned around and walked away. I repeated my question to him and informed him that I will call his manager. He responded for me to go ahead.
I had lots of problems with the line in the past three months I had his supervisors details - Ernest, who I contacted and informed him of the situation. Pls resolve & call me on cel before you came to hous
