After posting on here that Vodacom staff had basically mis-sold me an upgrade and had effectively fleeced me of ZAR900 I received a prompt email telling me that someone would be in contact with me shortly to discuss my concerns. I then receive an SMS asking me to rate the customer care of Adnaan Bassier who has never been in touch with me. I presume they are related but I don`t know as I have never had my issue addressed - over 2 weeks since I posted here.
My experience with Vodacom would be funny if it wasn`t so costly to me - I shall be terminating my contract at the first available opportunity.
You keep up this level of customer service Vodacom and you won't stay in business for long. Disgraceful.
