On the 10 december 2012 my house got damaged by heavy rains, on the 11 december 2012 i phoned the nedbank insurance call centre where a lady said she has logged my claim and in 24 hours time i will get a call for the guys to come and view the damages at my house, we waited until thursday i phoned again only to find out that my claim was never logged on the system, when i did find out about this i made the call centre log another call for my claim they then sms me the ref no. Which is NED12106276, On the 14 december i got a sms to say bedford construction company is allocated but on the 18 december i phoned bedford construction company just to find out when they gonna come and view my house the lady informed that they rejected the claim on the 14 december because umzinto is out of their area and she adviced the nedbank insurance company to allocate a closer company, when i did find out about this i laid a compliant which the ref no. Is cct464014 on the 18 december a new company was allocated on the 20 december the company came out to view my house, only onr the 3 january of d an awssessowackinessr came out to check the damages then on the 21 january i got a call to say declined
