MTN decided to blacklist me at the credit bureau for a contract that i did not even know i had with them.
I have never had an MTN Contract, i mean ever. I am a Cell-C guy through and through and i would rather Vodacom than MTN. This gives me even more reason not to even consider it. I was met with a vary bad attitude by the supervisor at the call centre with the name of Shane Williams. they gave me the following reference number: 966 145 71
How do you blacklist me without even contacting to me? How do you refuse to show me the documents used to open the contract, when it is supposedly in my signature?
