Hi
i have sent my phone in for fixing 3 weeks ago and had recieved a call to pick it up, i picked it up this week on the 05/01/2013 just to here that they have replaced it so it took three weeks just to replace it.which during that 3weeks i had no BIS so i still pay for the month.now the new phone that i have recieved does not even charge and now i have to take the phone back this phone dosnt even on
