Update my details at credit bureau

I had excellent service with this company since 2010. I have since cancelled the contract in September, however i applied for a student loan yesterday only to find out that 2 months later, you have not updated my details at the credit bureau, i no longer have a contract with you and this is to an extent affecting my credit score. Please update the necessary ASAP.
