Can't allocate payments on account

I've been a Nashua mobile client for 10 years and they've made over R 117 000 out of me. My contract was recently suspended because I couldn't afford the monthly subscription but did at least make a contribution of the monthly cost. According to them I've made my last payment in Sept 2012. Nashua were going to allocate the payments for the account but for some reason they can't. Now I need to go look for those receipts. I'm paying at a Nashua mobile branch, so why would I have to keep those A4 size receipts? I've also relocated and thrown some of the stuff away. I've managed to find 2 of the receipts paid Oct and Nov 2012. 2 months after my so called payment. What am I to do in this situation?

Suggestion to other networks. Why not give your loyal customer 1 month free, no billing charges? Like the month he's or hers birthday falls on? Or a free phone? I'm sure you get a lot of handhelds from all the cell phone companies?
