Horrible service and wrongfully charged!

Applied for a contract at Telkom direct store in Mokopane on the 29-12-12, asked the lady if there is a iphone in stock. They informed me that there is, I told them that I am on holiday and that I will need the phone in a days time as I will be departing. They phoned me on the 01-01-13 to inform me that the phone is ready for collection. I instructed them to cancel the contract as I are unable to collect it and I was misinformed. Did it telephonically with the call centre and a few days later followed up to hear if anything is needed, they told me everything was in order and someone will phone me to confirm the cancelation. I left if for a few working days, phoned back and AGAIN, NO FEEDBACK! After numerious phone calls to the call centre and the brach itself from my side, still nothing! I left it alone and today 01-02-13 my account was debited with an obscene amount of R1054.00! No handset was received, no signature was give for acceptance of the handset and contract, no costs was explained NOTHING!!! I was not told that I had to give written concent to cancel the contract, and did NOT even RECEIVE THE PHONE, today I was charge for the contract (01-02-13, a month later). HORRIBLE
