Hello, my name is Simon, a not so pleased MTNsp customer. i have had a contract with this service provider since 2011 and have since upgraded because i was pleased with the service during the first term, however since upgrading i find that i have had problem after problem. I have recently lost my mobile and completed my claim for insurance, the forms were emailed, faxed, and even submitted inside an MTN store but Two weeks later they still have not replied and when i call the insurance number they say they have not recieved my claim and when i hold for a consultant, the phone just rings and i listen to the MTN tone for hours on end with no response. This is highly unexceptable as the claim period is said to be 24 hours. I was without a phone for two weeks until eventually deciding to get myself a sim swop so i could utilize my services. I paid for the sim swop which i feel is also unfair but we'll leave that for another day for now i just need a phone because the one that im using is on the brink of death and i cannot utilize my contract services to their full potential. All i want is a new phone for which i am insured for and have been paying my account for. NOT VERY PLEASED. HELP
