I went to a Vodacom Outlet in Sandton City to buy a sim swap starter pack. I payed R19 for it and the assistant advised me that it will work in 24 hours. After 24 hours I inserted in sim card and it stated "INVALID SIM". I immediately phone the vodacom customer care 111 asking for assistance and I have been advised that the sim card is not valid. This has caused me major problems and has inconvenienced me because I am unable to receive calls, I am unable to receive bank notifications and other important calls. This is unacceptable to be sold a sim card that does not work. Now I have to travel to another customer care which is a waste of my money, petrol and time not to mention things that are related to my phone.
