I lost my phone due to, of which the phone was also insured, I followed the necessary procedures as being told by one of the consultants, I have submitted my claim form via email and fax also, but its now 4 days and there has been no respond from MTN.
Now I cant access my mails, cant do my daily business routines as i have no phone, yet I pay every month for the services. Where else when I first called I was told that it wont take less than 10 minutes if i have the necessary documents. I went to the mtn store with them at Small Street Johannesburg on the 30/11/2013 and I was told that their printer doesn't Work, went to Calton centre they told me their store manager inst available so they cant help me, then I drove to Alberton city and they only gave me the claim forms and told me its my responsibility to send them to the insurance department, I have faxed and also emailed, but up to this day there is no response, is this the rubbish service I have been paying for.
All of the promises of being loaned a phone has was all a lie, I was even told to pay for a sim-swap at alberton city, though I have also insured my sim.
