Over a month ago, I cancelled the internet bundle on my contract, in-store at canal walk. Not only was I billed shortly thereafter (end of november) - I assumed perhaps it was too late in the month for the cancellation to process - MTN also billed me for december!!! The lack of competence of MTN canal walk is astounding.
So why tell me the service has been canceled if Im still being billed for it. Sheer incompetence!
