Still Unresolved After A Month

I am extremely dissapointed once again as no one can ever give me a decent answer with regards to my queries. I am always transfered between consultants and eventually dont get a response. I am still being billed more than I was told when i initially signed up with Autopage. Always some hidden agenda and very dissapointed in this service. Being billed extra for out of bundle GPRS and WASP services when my device clearly says I am still within my bundled data.
