I cancelled 2 of my contracts at the MTN Store at Canal Walk (opposite Edgars) and they did not process the cancellation. When I called to ask why i was billed again for another month the call centre said there was no cancellation request submitted from the store. So now i need to pay again at the end of next month.
R180 R50 for inactive sims!! And for airtime that I cannot use! or has not been transferred to my new contract either!
Great way of showing loyalty to customers on high-end contracts!! Pathetic!!
Now I need to go to the store to sort this out and wait in another 2hour long queue only to be told 'We can't do anything as the issue wasn't processed! '
