Deductions made on my account, without permission

I was contacted by their callcentre agent about 3-4 months ago offering their service. The lady explained that I can apply for their loans on an absa atm and that she was going to send me a pin that I will use. I never got the pin, and I never applied for the loan, but money is being deducted on my account every month. These people are doing bbecause they can only deduct repayments if they had given me a loan, not just because they have my bank details.
