LIKE ALL BLACKBERRY'S, MINE STARTED GIVING ME HASSELS BEYONG A POINT THAT I COULD USE. I SENT IT IN FOR REPAIRS ON THE 12TH OF JAN, AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 WEEKS TO FIX. IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO ONE CAN ANSWER AS TO WHERE MY PHONE IS. MY WORK REQUIRES ME TO BE ON MY CELL AT ALL TIMES AND A LOAN PHONE WAS NOT PROVIDED. I HAVE BEEN BORROWING A FRIENDS PHONE JUST TO HELP ME CARRY ON WITH WORK. THIS IS PATHETIC AND I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT AFTER 3 WEEKS AND NO ANSWERS, I STILL DONT HAVE MY PHONE BACK!!
