Once again I bring to your attention my complaint that is still not resolved with Telkom ARS 219385. Ars is quiet appropriate coz it seems like this is the type of people they employ! Let me make it clear that I will not pay a cent to telkom until they resolve my issue. I cancelled my line in October 2012 and they are still billing me. Someone needs to confirm in writing that this line is definately cancelled now. I am not going to waste my airtime trying to call them because they are useless. I was assured telephonically on 30 November already that the account was definately cancelled yet I still am getting Telkom bills. You can even check your records and see that I have not used ADSL for 3 months already, since I cancelled the landline/adsl in order to go onto 3G to save money. What part of all this DONT these get?
