About 1 1/2 years ago i took out a 3G uncapped lite contract, so first there was no signal, then the modem broke down and it was found faulty and replaced with a brand new one. I was happy till i got home and tried to connect ...nothing happened again back to the repair centre and once again a brand new one. then when connecting no signal again, so now is the signal apparently, phoned mtn coverage and waiting now nearly 2 weeks with no response whatsoever. They say they'll cal but nothing as yet 2 weeks on... if this is the service from them.... there's no hope.
and i only got a ref No after the third call, and i'm on my 9th or 10th call.
