I have been fighting with Mtn since I got the 3G modem on the 18the of February 2013.

I was unable to use the internet for the first month due to cable according to the call centre.

After some time have passed they eventually decided that they will install a booster, this happened on the 4th of April 2013 and this worked for a total 3days and the network issue was back.

The signal jumped from 20% to 93% and in a middle of an online game it will drop completely and I would have to reconect the modem to get any form of signal.

Its come to a point that from Sunday 14:00 to friday 19:00 I will only have connection from 1am to 5am which is absolutely ridiculous as I can't even use it during that time because I actually have to work.

When I phone the call centre they cannot give me any explanation on this and that is where the conversation stops.

I'm becoming extremely agetated as I have to pray for a connection and if I do get one it will connect on EDGE for 5min and will be so slow that I can't even connect to google.

According to to the network coverage I should get proper 3G and LTE connection.

I have spent over 200 free min to try and sort it out and I'm still waiting
