I opened a 3G lite contract with Mtn in November last year and I do not get any signal at home. I phoned the signal department to get the issue resolved and they said they would contact me shortly to remedy the situation. After 2 months I phoned again and the same thing happened. They just sweep it under the rug!
I phoned for the 3rd time and the guy told me that Bongani will contact me that same day and I have yet to hear from anyone!
I can't believe that they don't care about their clients enough to just call them and let them know what's going on!
I also have a ipad contract with them.
