MTN has not repay us our money since we returned the faulty laptop to them; Mobile-plus promised that MTN will pay us back and they didn't instead they claiming that we owing them R900 for a cancellation fee. They already put the case to Legal Department without consulting us first. We are confused because we never received any call or a letter from MTN telling us about the cancellation fee!!
