I bought a R15 airtime on Friday morning then made a call and it was 100% so my airtime was not used . later in the afternoon i noticed that i was left wit 1C. Called the call center when i got home and i spoke to Amukelani who at least tried to help but had to transfer me to her supervisor who after explaining again my issue insisted that my airtime was consumed by automatic updates. Advised the client that i dont have that set as when he said that i put the call on a speaker and navigated to the setting and the automatic updates was not ticked only had the option only download when connected via WI-Fi and guess what he said.
