Don't Really want to help

About 2 years ago complained about bad network coverage and bad 3G internet. 1 year ago they build a brand new tower close to my home, which is still not operational. Complained again in beginning of November this year of bad 3G coverage and slow to none upload and download speeds. They send one of the contractors out to take a look. Got back to me yesterday telling me that they are planning an upgrade on another tower(old), and that in the mean time I must buy my own Booster.

Come on! There's a brand new tower standing and gathering rust. I've been waiting 2 years for good 3G internet. And now your telling me I must buy myself a booster, and your "planning" a upgrade on an old tower that's not even near me. Not even a time specified on when the upgrade will be finished.(maybe Dec next year)

Been a loyal customer so far and using between 3-10GB of data every month. Maybe its time to switch over to someone with a better 3G network.
