Complaint / review / scam report
After Vodacom attended to my account complaint., I had to go to Vodacom to do a sim swop on all the products on my contract. Queen.sold me sim cards which was wrong. Returned them. Sold new ones to me. Switch wrong numbers onto sims so Iend up with my daughter's number and vice versa. Back to Queen. Day 3. She sends Johan to my daughter with my micro sim which now contsins her number. He puts this in with some nano add on to try and make it fit. Doesnt work very well. Daughter tskrs Blsckberry Torch to Queen. Technicians wiggle snd force and even use celotape on the sim to get it out. Phone damaged. Report says sim reader is missing!!! Queen and says I requested an upgrade to microsim for the Blsckberry. Why? How? To cover her stupid mistakes which took Six days to try and sort out. Now the phone is broken. Queen is lying to save her back. R3000 for repairs. I refuse. Phone customer service. Queen to them too. They want us to slit bill. I wont. The phone was working before they butchered it. I am paying for a service I dont have. And the Ilanga branch manager was supposed to phone me but she ignored my pleas to do right by me. I want them to fix Queens mess.
