I am struggling with my cellphone/internet signal at my home since November 2011, where I logged a call with vodacom since then already. After following up my self, since they just close the calls without resolving my problem and without any feedback, they informed me that they are planning to build an additional tower in the area between April'12 and March'13. I followed up through 2012 on the progress and no one could give me an answer and every time promised that they will find out and give me feedback, which never happened, but I kept following up. Eventually someone could give me an answer by Jan'13. The answer is that they encounter resistance from the municipality regarding the site, but they are negotiating and the tower would be build by the end of 2013. But they can not guarantee that it will indeed be finished by the end of 2013. In the meantime I am paying for cellphone and internet service but I don't have any and I expect from vodacom to assist me with alternative measures in the meantime while the tower is being built, in the form of a personal signal booster. I am getting really frustrated with my situation since I can't access the expensive service that I pay for.
