Upgraded to samsung but still charged for BIS

On the 11th December 2012 i visited the bluff branch to do an upgrade on my contract.
Upon signing the new contract for my new samsung i had to buy the new sd sim card at R137.00. Fine i bought it and was told there would be pro rata charges on my next account due to upgrade. Fine no problem.
The package i took is R 669pm so yesterday upon my debit order running I realise but they are taking more than what they suppose to. Then I call 808 and was informed i was suppose to cancel my BIS!!! Now you tell me if I just bought a new SD sim card for my samsung why in heavens name would I still need BIS this sim card will not fit into the Blackberry i have. I would like you to reimbursed me my funds for December and January as I have not used that and it is not my Error. The upgrade came with a data bundle plus there is no need for BIS so why charge me???
