Move of telephone line on wrong date

On 11/12 I put in request for move of my line to Overberg. spoke to Mpotile- ref 90923472A. Move date 17/12. Monday 16/12 (public holiday) my tel. line was still working, but ADSL (internet line) was moved. As it was public holiday, that dept was closed. Spoke to Kagiso -ref 57cwk161213. He assured me that he would send email to get line re-activated. On 17/12 I spent from 08:00 - 11:00 (speaking to various agents- Eva/Lorraine/Floria/Sizwe/Sharon) and none of the ref could be used - it pertains to another dept. While speaking to these various people, I also found that my address in the Overberg was completely incorrect. I eventually spoke to Nondumiso who promised that she will escalate the issue to Paul Henderson. (Might I add-I was cut off several times during this process). After a few hours Nondumiso phoned and confirmed everything was sorted, which it was. I then requested the move date be changed to 27/12. Low and behold, this evening just before 8, my internet and telephone line was off. I phoned Telkom and spoke to Milly - I was informed that my line has been moved -and as that dept works office hours - I have to phone the next day to try and get it sorted!!!
