In 50minutes no answer!!!

I have called MTN call centre twice today on 808 from my mtn sim card. On each call i have spent 25 to 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, but every time i have to hang up as i couldn't wait any longer. I want to cancel all three my contracts with MTN and i need someone to call me ASAP!! This is unacceptable to wait so long. Vodacom helped me in max 15 min!
