I AM SICK AND TIRED OF PHONING TELKOM! For 3 or 4 months we have been having problems with our Telkom lines. They fix one thing and then a week or 2 later something else is wrong. They come to fix that then a week later something else is wrong. We are constantly having problems with our lines. The worst is that they play the blame game on the switchboard supplier. We just want our phones fixed. They need to fix their exchanges properly or replace and put in exchange boards that can handle to capacity of a business park.
Please just fix the problem!
