Not willing to assist effectively

Subject: Ipad mini

I have given in my son's ipad mini to Vodacare last night. Ref nr: 725380

The ipad was bought via Vodacom contract at Incredible connection on 06/04/2013.

The ipad was unable to charge.

It has been taken in and assessed firstly by istore then by Core.
Core replied that they do not open their products, and could not tell us what is wrong, only that the warranty was void due to a dent on bottom corner. The dent occurred in the first week of having the ipad. This did not cause the ipad not to charge! Ref nr: R0977 4

No where did Core prove that this dent could affect the ipad in such a way that it could have been the reason for it not to charge.
They told us there was nothing they could do, and was not willing to replace it.

The istore told my son to go to the shop opposite Clicks in Canal walk, which happened to be iFix.

After assessment iFix informed us that the power management chip on the main board is faulty and deemed irreparable and beyond economical repair, see letter.

We took it back to Incredible connection. They blamed Vodacom. Vodacom blamed Core. I have to keep paying for nothing. I smashed it and said they can keep it. Customer frustration!
