Incredible Connection
Bad Customer Service

I upgraded my laptop to iPad at incredible connection Sandton City in 2012. I returned the item at beginning November 2013, due to over heating. The item was dent free and sent to CORE with a job card with no remarks of damage. Eventually upon return the unit had a little chip on the casing on the bottom left. The unit report said it's all ok and fault codes of overheating found. A mail was also sent to the store stating the damage which was not on the original job card. The unit was tested in store as well with apparently no faults. When I questioned the damaged it was said to be minor and I was offered a cover to hide the dent, which I refused. The job card was also drawn to confirm no comments of damage. I was also told that the job card did not state any damage because it was booked in for overheating and not cosmetic damage, which is a joke. Two days later the iPad still got extremely Hot again. I called the lady Ankia at customer service who was very "eager" to assist said I must return it to the store, have it resent to core to assess and take pictures and she can make the call then. I think this is now becoming a complete waste of time with no real solutions.
