IPAD 3 Warranty Repai

Hello,

Now my horror service for Incredible Connection is simple.
I bought a IPAD-3 from Incredible Connection, William Moffit branch, Port Elizabeth last year Dec-2012.
The IPAD was working fine till this year June when suddenly the Speaker stop working.
I did tried all software tweaks but no success.
I took the IPAD back to Customer Care of Incredible Connection same branch and told them whole story.
First of all I have to explain hem what exactly happened. They told me they have to send IPAD back to Jo'burg to their Agent/Distributor for repair. After two weeks they came with the reply that the IPAD speaker is not repairable and this IPAD has been damaged because it has scratches ON and they ask for R4500 to replace it. I told them I do not want to replace it. Just repair my speaker and if one uses the thing it natural to get scratches. They returned back me my IPAD with very rude feedback and said we cannot do it.
I asked them to provide me with written feedback but they never came back. And no I am sitting with worst experience of my life. I am Engineer myself and I know what they are playing.
Worst customer experience I have. I have decided to write to Apple directly.
