NOT GIVEN THE RIGHT INFORMATION

I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT FROM NASHUA, OPEN LINE AND I ASKED THEM TO BLOCK SO AS NOT TO GO OVER THE LIMIT, THEY FAILED TO LET ME KNOW THAT WHEN YOU LINE IS BLOCK YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE ANY OTHER SERVICES ONCE YOU AIRTIME IS DEPLETED.NOW WHEN I ASK TO CHANGE THE TERRIF FROM ANYTIME TO TOP UP, THEY TELL ME I MUST PAY A FEE AND TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
ALSO IS GOING TO COST ME THE PRICE OF THE PHONE, EVEN THOUGH IT WA NOT MY FAULT DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT? I WANT THEM TO CANCEL IT ONCE AND FOR ALL, AND I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY THAT CANCELLATION FEE.THEY CAN TAKE THERE PHONE.
