On Saturday evening I phoned Vodacom to buy data bundles. I was told how to do it on my cell phone or alternatively go to FNB, I tried on my cell and was unsuccesfull. I phoned Vodacom again and spoke to Cassim I told him about my problem and he told me to buy airtime for my cell phone and then revert it in to data bundles and then TRANSFER it to the data sim card. HUH!!! IN OTHER WORDS YOU HAVE TO DO TWO TRANSACTIONS IN STEED OF ONE!!! HELLO IS SOMEBODY HOME!!!
I want to know from Vodacom why do they put people in call centre's that do not have the faintest clue of what they are talking about!! Please Vodacom stop wasting my time!!
If your people do not know how to give the RIGHT ADVICE AND INFORMATION take them off the job they are suppose to do and let them wash the teacups!! OR at least give them the proper TRAINING!!!
