I purchased the 60 gig 60 gig data bundle that cost R1800 at the Paarl Mall Branch. I then requested that it be activated on my behalf. Roughly 3 weeks later my data bundle was spent because the conversion never took place.
I called the help centre 3 times and assured that I can be reimbursed but I have to go the branch. I have visited the branch 4 times and have waited on a response for over a week.
I feel so grossly mistreated because I had to initially wait 20 min the agent to be available and he completely denies the request. He simply keeps on stating that I was informed about the conversion and had to do it myself.
Secondly another agent told me he is the only person who can help me so the times when I am able to come to the mall he is done working or working later. Even after leaving messages I have had no response.
I was told there is no known policy for the agents to active the data on your behalf?
I have used the other South African data providers by so far this has been the worst I have been treated.
