Hey I cant believe this
I have a contract that sends me me data for blackberry and I have a samsung. When I started the contract I had a blackberry, but I have since changed phones. I have requested on numerous occasions that it be changed and each time I get a reply to say someone will get back to me but it never happens. Now I have data that exceeds 1gig and keep building up, but I cannot use it. How stupid is that?!
I need this to be changed somehow. This third party connections just. Had I known the trouble I'd be experiencing, I never would accepted the contract in the first placed.
