Terrible Service

Today is a new month, why has my phone been softlocked??
It got softlocked this morning, which shouldnt happen as today is a new month and new minutes allocation etc.

I tried phoning your help line, waiting 15min to solve a query is absolutely ridiculous.
Sort this problem out ASAP as i cant make any calls, BIS etc
