I have tried in vain over the past month to purchase a gold iPhone 5s. I have contacted several stores as well as the cell c call centre. They all report that they have one but when arriving at the store it has either been sold or there was a miscommunication as to them ordering stock or there is a problem with suppliers. I was told to settle my previous cell c account to purchase this new contract, which was done 2 weeks ago but still no phone available. Please clarify cell c. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer.
