I went to my local Cell C branch to upgrade a contract, I wanted an iPhone 5 but was informed it was sold out but I was to be put on a waiting list. I was told the store would receive new stock in a week (almost a month ago now) and that I would be contacted when stock arrives. I heard nothing and each week when I go to the store Im told the same story..."come back next week". If a store doesnt have a product why advertise it so aggressively? Why tell a customer stock will arrive the following week when they know it wont? Why no communication with the customer? My family have been with Cell C since its inception, however Im seriously considering changing networks.
