The only way you get a response from Vodacom is via hellopeter... But what is new im getting quite used to that with such a bad service provider in fact you cant really complain about their service because there is no service. I have sended customer care a email lastweek up to date a week later no response. I will really recommend that South Africa stop supporting you.
