I would like to know if I will get a response from Vodacom or are they going to keep ignoring me like they have been for the past month??? I sent in a complaint on the 12th of March - I got one email from Candice asking for the phones serial numbers etc. I replied and heard NOTHING from vodacom again. I have since left another hellopeter message and STILL NO RESPONSE!!! Are you going to respond to me??? Is this how you treat customers that have been with you for 16 years? It is disgusting to say the least!!!
