PHONE WAS NOT PUT BACK TOGETHER PROPERLY AFTER REP

I HAVE A SAMSUNG S4 MINI. THE SCREEN SHATTERED AFTER BEING DROPPED BY MYSELF LAST WEEK. I TOOK IT INTO THE SAMSUNG REPAIR CENTRE FOR NEW LCD. PAID MORE THAN R2000.00 FOR NEW LCD. BOOKED DEVICE IN. PHONE WAS RETURNED BUT PARTS WERE NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY. VIBRATION WAS POORLY CONNECTED ETC. I AM CURRENTLY WITHOUT A DEVICE. DEVICE IS NOW BOOKED IN AT VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE POOR SERVICE AS I HAVE TO HOLD ON FOR MINUTES AT A TIME TO SPEAK TO ANYONE WHO CAN ASSIST ME. THIS DEVICE
