Never buy at Autopage

I tried to get a phone through Auto page Clear water, I paid the once off and even paid for the cover. My application was declined but they didnt tell me. I had to call them after 3 days to find out. I went back to go claim my money the staff ignored me. One of the sales person took my details and told me there is nothing he can do. Why is it so hard to give me my money back. R518 (once off and the cover I bought) I feel cheated. Never buy anythin at Autopage
