Insurance at Autopage Is Incompotent

I have a Contract through Autopage and Insured my Samsung Galaxy S3 Through them too. My phone fell this weekend and Its broken, I called the Call centre and spoke to a guy by the name of Israel. Now I first have to take the phone to them, it takes 21 days for it to be either Fixed or replaced!! You can see there is water damage and a crack on the screen, why not replace it, that is what im paying for??? Its DECEMBER. Everyone is leaving to go on holiday, And I need to drive on holiday WITHOUT a phone, cause Autopage wont replace it. Again stuffing money into their pockets and when I need help they give you the finger. Oh wait maybe I can buy a R199 PEP stores phone and use it in the meantime!! OH DARN! I CANT. CAUSE THE S3 HAS A *M I C R O - S I M*
This is so unacceptable!!! Thanks again for nothing autopage, I get the feeling you are people for their money!!!
