I paid alot of money to cancell my vodacom contract because of poor service ect and then i thought ill go and support a other network and went to autopage as it looked like they have the best deals on MTN. they gave me the phone a sim and everything but my phone didnt work for 3 days and i went to MTN and they said my sim is not Rica, and that i have to go back to autopage as on the Sunday by that time Autopage was closed already and my Vodacom sim was cut off and i have alot of work calls that i missed and business!!! Even the Monday my phone only started working at night! I phoned the Autopage main office and they said i had to go back in to get it done, I was there had all the proofs so why should i go back again!!! Like i feel now i dont think the cellphone companies is looking for business anymore and ill rather go to a service thats there 24/7 and that wants business with professional staff that doesnt forget the steps how to give out a contract! I had to phone the branch and speak to the guy that helped me to get everything done over the phone!!!
