We have been without ADSL for almost 3 weeks now. First reported on 4 Dec Reference: 908CTK041213, 4 days later escalated on 8 December (Ref: 562010). On 16 December we were promised the problem would be sorted out (Reference 556141713). Today the 18th of December - our ADSL line is still not working and it doesn't seem as if anyone is willing to sort out this problem
