You have 100% for testing one's patience - excellent score, keep it up!!! I phoned 10217 went through your highly impressive system! I actually thought I was ready for take-off! Then started the "eish", "eish" and no one in the control room knows what to do. I am passed from one person to the next what a F@#$% up! I can just imagine this complaint will stay here!
