I went to get a new contract, the Anytime 500, at MTN, and Michelle introduced the top up to me confirming that it will be a better option, not explaining that I will be losing the benefits of the first contract I was interested in. A few days later I had a look at my bundle deals and realised that the deal she gave me was not what I asked for, I've gone to the branch twice already to get this problem corrected, but with no luck, they just lift there shoulders confirming that it can not be corrected. I have also tried contacting the call centre but know one is prepared to assist me. This is a business phone, and needs to be sorted out ASAP!
